Managing Emotions
Do your feelings sometimes feel so big that you don’t know what to do with them? You are not alone. Emotions like anger, sadness, or fear are part of life, but when they feel overwhelming, they can take control. Coping tools include:
1) Breathing slowly and deeply.
2) Writing or drawing your feelings.
3) Talking to someone safe before reacting. Remember, emotions are signals, not enemies. God gave us emotions, and with His help, we can learn to express them in healthy ways.
