Do you sometimes struggle with thoughts, feelings, or behaviors that make life hard to manage? You are not alone. Mental health challenges are common among young people, but with the right support, healing is possible. Steps to care for mental health:
1) Talk openly about struggles.
2) Build healthy routines.
3) Ask for help when needed. God cares about your whole being—body, mind, and spirit—and He offers peace that goes beyond understanding.
