Self-Harm
Do you hurt yourself as a way to cope with pain you can’t express? You are not alone. Many young people turn to self-harm when emotions feel unbearable. But there are healthier ways forward. Try:
1) Talking to someone safe about your pain.
2) Replacing self-harm with grounding activities (like squeezing ice or drawing on your skin with a marker).
3) Seeking professional support. God values your life deeply—you are His creation, loved beyond measure.
