Stress
Do you feel stretched so thin that you can’t focus or relax? You are not alone. Stress is part of life, but too much can affect your body, mind, and relationships. Helpful steps include:
1) Breaking big tasks into small steps.
2) Practicing deep breathing or movement.
3) Taking time for rest. Jesus invites us to bring our burdens to Him—He promises rest for our souls.
