Trauma
Have you experienced something painful or frightening that still affects your life today? You are not alone. Trauma can leave scars that show up as fear, anxiety, or feeling “stuck” in the past. Healing is possible, even though it takes time. Helpful steps:
1) Recognize what triggers you.
2) Build safe and supportive connections.
3) Be patient with your healing journey. God knows your pain and offers comfort, safety, and restoration for your heart.
