Nicki’s career has included leadership roles in both hospitality and the nonprofit sector, with a focus on building relationships, developing people, and helping organizations grow and thrive.

Throughout her career, she has been passionate about developing leaders, building healthy teams, and equipping others to use their gifts to make a lasting impact. At YFC London, she has the privilege of helping churches, volunteers, and mentors invest in the next generation and share the hope of Jesus with young people across the city.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Nicki crocheting, kayaking, experimenting in the kitchen, gathering friends around the table, or planning her next adventure. She considers it a privilege to serve alongside the staff, volunteers, churches, and partners who are faithfully investing in the next generation.
