ACTING OUT
Sometimes we act out because we don’t know how to express what’s really going on inside. It might be anger, fear, sadness, or a cry for help. If you find yourself doing things you regret, pause and ask: “What am I really feeling?” Acting out is often a signal that something deeper needs attention. God invites you to come as you are—mess and all. He understands, and He can help you find new ways to express your needs and emotions in healthy, life-giving ways.
