Dear Friends and Supporters of YFC London,

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Youth for Christ London, we are thrilled to share exciting news with our community. After months of discernment and prayer, we are pleased to introduce our new Executive Director, Nicki Coles.

Nicki is a London native with more than 15 years of leadership experience in a variety of non-profit and mission-driven organizations locally, nationally, and internationally. Her experience includes strategic planning, communications, and fundraising, and she is particularly passionate about organizational development. Through her work with organizations like ShareWord Global and Trans World Radio Canada, Nicki has helped broaden their reach and deepen their impact. She is currently completing her Master of Business Administration, further strengthening the skills and experience she brings to YFC London.

Within her local church, Nicki has taken on various leadership roles, including youth mentor and conference director. She is presently part of a small church plant on the east side of the city. Most importantly, Nicki has a heart for serving others and seeing young people experience hope and transformation through Christ.

As we look to the future, we are excited about the opportunities before us and confident that Nicki will help build on the strong foundation already in place by our dedicated team. We look forward to seeing how God will continue to work through this ministry as we seek to reach and impact more young people in our community.
