Photographs and videos are taken at our programs for promotional purposes, and are used on our social media, printed media, and emails to share our events and programs with ministry partners and the community. YFC London staff and volunteers may capture photos and videos that include the participant, and this media may be used for promotional purposes.

The participant will make every effort to abide by the rules and safety guidelines of YFC program and events. This includes using respectful speech and actions towards YFC London staff and volunteers, other participants, and the spaces used for programming. If the participant is sick (e.g. has a cold, fever, or vomiting) or does not abide by YFC’s rules and safety guidelines, YFC London staff may remove the participant from the program/activity at your expense.

It is understood that YFC London is committed to providing a safe place for participants by screening any volunteers and staff that participate in programming, as well as having safety measures in place to reduce risk of physical harm in the program spaces. It is also understood that limited inherent risks exist with a participant’s involvement in programs at YFC London. Permission is given for the participant to participate in these programs, as provided at registration.

YFC London collects and retains this personal information for the purpose of enrolling the participant in programs, informing parents/guardians of program updates and upcoming opportunities, and ensuring participants have safe and enjoyable experiences, and are able to build relationships with other participants and leaders. This information will be maintained permanently as required for insurance and legal purposes. It is not shared or sold to any agencies.
