Kat has been working at YFC Café Connect for over 5 years. She initially started as a volunteer, and is now the café shift supervisor. She also mentors new youth volunteers/workers as they join the team. Kat is passionate about building up confidence in youth through guiding them in the kitchen, developing new skills, as well as journeying alongside them as they navigate through the complicated teen years.
