Melissa has had the privilege of serving with YFC and investing in the lives of young people in our community for 19 years. Over the years she’s been able to build meaningful relationships, listen to stories, walk through difficult seasons, celebrate victories, and be a consistent and caring presence in the lives of countless youth. YFC has become much more than a place to serve but a ministry she has grown deeply to love. In her new role as Program Director, she has the opportunity to not only continue investing in youth, but also to oversee and support our growing staff and volunteer team, as they do the same. She is passionate about creating a place where young people feel accepted and valued, sharing the hope of Jesus, and equipping others to make a lasting impact in the lives of those they serve.
