Kathy joined the YFC family October 2025 in the role of Human Resources Coordinator, bringing years of professional experience from several sectors including manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and non-profits. Her background also includes many years of experience working as a Crisis and Suicide Intervention Counsellor.  

Kathy has also served in ministry as Staff Coordinator at the House of Hesed, as an Inner City Ministry Worker with Union Gospel Mission and currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Family Support Centre. 

Outside of work, Kathy loves spending time with Olivia Joy, her grand-daughter, family and friends, refreshing her soul in nature and studying herbal medicine.
