Beni first came to Canada from Germany in the fall of 2023 to complete an internship at Camp Cedarwood. It was during that time that he fell in love with camp ministry and developed a deep compassion for young people who do not yet know Jesus. After returning the following year as a volunteer, Beni felt God calling him back once again—this time to serve in Cedarwood’s year-round ministry while continuing his mathematics degree online.

Beni is passionate about discipleship and walking alongside youth and young adults as they grow in their relationship with God. He loves building meaningful relationships and sharing the love of Jesus through authentic connection.

Drawing on his experience in both camp and year-round ministry, Beni is excited to help build God’s Kingdom at Camp Cedarwood. Through the discipleship program, he hopes to equip and encourage young people to faithfully follow Jesus and confidently serve Him. He looks forward to seeing how God will use him to impact the lives of others through this ministry.
