Allan is a Filipino who migrated to Winnipeg, Manitoba 17 years ago. He is married to Glory Jane Vergara, who is also Filipino and they are blessed with two daughters: Sophia Ysabelle and Juliah Ysabelle.  He truly enjoys living in Canada despite the cold weather and he is especially grateful for the opportunity to work here at YFC.

He first became involved with YFC many years ago when my brother Ruel, invited me to help him in his role as a Custodian. This year, he was able to return to YFC once again through the support of his brother Ruel, who has been serving here for more than a decade.

He says he loves working at YFC because of his desire to be surrounded by people who have a strong faith in God and a clear vision and mission for the youth in this community. As a parent of two growing daughters, he prays that one day they will also be involved in a ministry like YFC.

In his free time, he enjoys staying at home doing household chores, fixing things around the house and browsing on social media.
