Ben joined Youth For Christ Winnipeg in the spring of 2022.  Growing up, Ben has long had a passion for youth ministry as a way to give back to programs that made a difference in his life when he was a youth.  He has served at summer bible camps and various church run youth and young adult programs but never thought of a career in youth ministry until he felt the call to join YFC.  Ben has worked in marketing and communications roles for a variety of different organizations for almost 10 years.  He always hoped his skills and experiences in these roles would lead to a fulfilling career that made a difference for the kingdom of God at some point.

In his role as Director of Communications and Marketing, Ben’s purpose is to amplify the stories of how God is working in the lives of young people through YFC Winnipeg.  Ben is passionate about getting people engaged with the organization, whether that be through fundraising events, community relations, or bringing awareness to the many amazing programs YFC Winnipeg offers.

When not at work Ben and his wife Stephanie have their hands full at home with three young kids.  Eli, Theo and Erin.  Ben is a big sports guy and can be found playing slo-pitch, touch football or cheering on the Blue Bombers.
