God called Brock to come on staff at YFC Winnipeg straight out of Prairie Bible College in 2006. He had never even heard of YFC before. God orchestrated some connections and gave Brock the opportunity to put his degree and passion for sports ministry into practice, through starting a soccer program here in Winnipeg.

In 2021, Brock took on a new position as the Director of Operations for the YFC Winnipeg facility and trained a new staff to take over leadership of the soccer ministry.

Brock was raised in southern Manitoba, but had very few connections in Winnipeg when he started at YFC. God has since blessed Brock with a beautiful wife, 3 amazing children, and a role as a site pastor/host at Riverwood Church Community.  In his free time you will find Brock fishing, golfing, coaching, or camping with his family & friends.
