Cliff began his journey with Youth for Christ in June of 2001. He felt called to work with youth at YFC after seeing the way that we offered contextualized youth programing. For Cliff, this was a new paradigm for local missions that God used to show him that not all mission work or social justice was done overseas.

Cliff has been in a number of roles at YFC over the years, starting as a coordinator for The Edge Skatepark, then as Director of the Edge, and then as a Senior Ministry Director for all of YFC Winnipeg. Cliff was named Executive Director of YFC Winnipeg in late 2019, and officially took over the role January 1st, 2020. His goal is to help support and empower staff to do the great work of caring for youth and seeing the hope and potential in every young person.

When he’s not at YFC, Cliff loves to ride his motorcycle, go fishing, and spend time in nature with his wife and three lovely kids.
