Ian started with YFC Work Force as the Job Studio Coordinator in 2019, later became director of the program in March of 2020. Ian has been committed to serving youth and young adults his entire career. He says it is an incredible honour leading the Work Force Ministry team!

He first heard the call to minister the broken hearted working at Camp Arnes in the summer of 1987. Since then Ian has had the privilege of fulfilling the call in both his vocational training as a Special Education teacher, and as a minister.

Ian loves getting away to camp and enjoys putting around the city on his motorcycle. He married his high school sweetheart Rachel, and together they created and care for their three children, Hope, Amy, and Robert! They are excited to add another member to their team with daughter-in-law Ana.
