Ryan served as the satellite director in Selkirk for a number of years before he transitioned to a fulltime position at Selkirk Community Church as their lead pastor in 2021.   His wife, Teresa, has since stepped into the role of director.

In 2025, Ryan returned to YFC in a part-time position as Program Assistant.  He is excited to be involved once again with the Selkirk ministry to take kids fishing, hangout at the drop-in program, drive the bus, and work alongside Teresa to continue developing programs for Selkirk youth.
