Are you looking to push yourself physically and mentally? Try climbing! Our enthusiastic team will guide and support you to tackle new challenges and build confidence. No previous climbing experience required.

At The Rock you will learn to overcome fear and build physical stamina as you literally climb to greater heights!  The indoor and outdoor walls have been built and designed off moulded rock, to create the feeling and experience of climbing outdoors on a natural rock surface.

2024 Fall/Winter Program Hours:

Drop-In Climbing Night:  Tuesdays, 6:00 – 8:00PM. For Ages 12-17 years old.  Starting September 17, 2024

The Rock Jr:  Wednesdays, 6:00 – 8:00PM. For ages 8-12 years old.  (Part of the King St. Drop In)

All program nights are FREE to participate.
