Are you looking to push yourself physically and mentally? Try climbing! Our enthusiastic team will guide and support you to tackle new challenges and build confidence. No previous climbing experience required.
At The Rock you will learn to overcome fear and build physical stamina as you climb to greater heights! The indoor and outdoor walls have been built and designed off moulded rock, to create the feeling and experience of climbing outdoors on a natural rock surface.

We have two purposes at The Rock:

Our purpose with The Rock is that every young person is able to come and grow in their knowledge and skill level in Rock Climbing while having positive, passionate influences in their life. All skill levels are welcome to join! Come to climb or learn how to set routes, belay, and grow in knowledge and experience at The Rock! If you find yourself unable to afford the gym fees elsewhere you will find a place at YFC, cost should never be a barrier.

Our Mission is to see every young person living fully in Christ, we desire to take care of the whole person through growing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We long to see all young people thriving in their hobbies and passions while being a light in their sphere of influence. At The Rock you will find belayers and leaders who truly see the hope and potential in every young person.
2026/27 Fall/Winter Program Hours:
Drop-In Climbing Night: Tuesdays, 5:30 – 8:00PM. For Ages 13-18 years old.
The Rock Jr: Wednesdays, 6:00 – 8:00PM. For ages 8-12 years old. (Part of the King St. Drop In)
All program nights are FREE to participate.
If this is your first time attending The Rock then you will need to fill out a waiver, so please bring a parent or guardian to fill out and sign it.
