Frequently Asked Questions

What is the rental process like?

Rental requests are taken via the Rental Quote Request only. Once submitted, our Rental Coordinator will contact you with a quote. Rental rates are only available with a proper quote. From there you will discuss any other details that need to be worked out.

Once the details and rates are decided, you will receive a Rental Agreement, this is where you will need to review, sign, and send the Agreement back in order to confirm your rental. Without a signed rental agreement including credit card information, your
rental is not confirmed.

The Rental Coordinator will be available to answer questions or concerns leading up to your rental via email (rentals@yfcwinnipeg.ca) or phone (204-669-4205).

How much will it cost? Why can't I find costs listed on the website?

We do not post any rates because rental rates depend on type of rental, spaces used, number of people, length of time for the rental, etc. By submitting the Rental Quote Request, you will receive a specific quote for your rental. You may then discuss with our rental coordinator the details around your rental. We add GST (5%) on all rentals as well.

Do you offer discounted rates?

Yes, we offer discounted rates for school groups and youth/church groups. As mentioned above, these rates depend on spaces used, number of people, length of rental, etc. Please contact us for more information.
