Ashley joined the YFC Winnipeg team in 2013. Since her youth, Ashley has felt called to serve in ministry. Over the years this led her to work for Athletes in Action while completing a BA Christian Ministry and MA Marriage and Family Counselling degree through Briercrest.

Since finishing her counselling internship with YFC Winnipeg, Ashley has served in a variety of roles at YFC including Counsellor, Ministry Director – Turning Point, and currently as a Senior Ministry Director, overseeing Film & Media, Young Parents, Turning Point, Work Force, and Masterworks Studio. In this role, Ashley supports the Ministry Directors as they lead, to ensure ministries are fulfilling the mission of YFC with excellence, functioning in good health spiritually, professionally, and financially. Ashley loves serving in a supportive role, equipping others, and helping to find creative ideas and solutions to improve organizational health and ministry effectiveness.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys playing piano and sports, and loves to spend time with her husband and two sons outside on their acreage, amidst God’s creation.
