Daniel started at Youth For Christ in November 2021 after God led him to pursue full-time ministry. Having spent years coaching basketball and volunteering as a youth leader, Daniel recognized that his passion for working with youth could become his calling. After moving to Winnipeg with his wife, Janine, and spending time in prayer, he joined YFC’s Work Force team.

As the Job Studio Coordinator, Daniel helps youth and young adults ages 16–20 develop practical employment skills, build confidence, and navigate the transition into adulthood. Through job training, mentorship, and ongoing support, he builds relationships with youth and walks alongside them through the challenges of finding and maintaining employment. This also creates opportunities to demonstrate the love of Jesus and encourage youth as they explore faith.

Outside of YFC, Daniel enjoys playing sports, especially basketball and soccer, and adventuring outdoors with Janine through hiking, backpacking, and camping.
