Melissa began working with YFC Winnipeg at the St. Pierre-Jolys location on September 1, 2007. She felt called to ministry because of her deep passion to work with youth, and a sense of calling to minister to them in a unique way. Having worked for over a decade at YFC, Melissa continues to be just as excited about mentoring young people and enjoys the challenge of new added responsibilities in a growing ministry.

Melissa’s heart for service and ministry extends beyond her work with YFC, as she also volunteers with her church youth group and is a board member at Vita Youth Drop-In Centre.

Married since April 2018, Melissa and her husband Max are excited to meet their newest family member in August 2021!
