What started as just a summer job in 2018 working with North End youth kept Mischa coming back each year until finally agreeing with YFC Work Force leadership to come on full time. Throughout high school and university, Mischa volunteered with her church’s youth group and with YFC. After feeling called to pursue youth work as a career, she attended Lifeteams: School of Youth Outreach to receive specific training. Her goal is to continue pursuing her passion full time with YFC investing in Winnipeg North End Youth! She is passionate about helping youth heal from trauma and find hope for the life Jesus has for them.

Mischa loves learning about other cultures and languages. In her free time, she loves painting, cooking, and spending time in God’s creation.

As a Program Assistant within Work Force, Mischa will be helping run programing for youth in the North End. She will be spending individual time with youth mentoring and building relationship with them. She will also be helping train youth in employment and life skills.
