Nathan began working at camp in 2024, starting as a cabin leader where he quickly discovered a genuine passion for connecting with the youth who came through each week. That experience stuck with him, and the following year he stepped into the role of LIT Coordinator, leading the Leadership in Training program in its second year after the pandemic. He deeply valued the opportunity to connect with, disciple, and mentor the ten LITs who were part of the program that summer. Since then, Nathan has continued to invest in both campers and LITs beyond the summer months by volunteering at Cedarwood in the City events. Alongside his work in camp ministry, he also teaches Sunday school at his local church for grades one through five, something that consistently stands out as a highlight of his week. This year, Nathan will once again return as LIT Coordinator, helping lead a program that continues to grow and develop with the goal of equipping youth to share the gospel, deepen their faith, and carry what they learn into their everyday lives. In addition to this role, he will also be involved in leading the music program and designing the merch for the summer, continuing to contribute his creativity and leadership across multiple areas of camp life.
